At we are canyoneers our highest priority is to guarantee the health security and well-being of our clients, workers and collaborators, being they the main reason for our decisions.

OUR PROTOCOL COVID-19

SELECTION OF ITINERARIES AND ACTIVITIES

All canyoning and via ferrata activities are carried out in wide areas and are selected with the aim of avoiding crowds and being able to maintain the recommended physical distance.

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION OFFICE AND BUILDINGS

We have a cleaning and disinfection plan for our office and warehouse, with a record for cleaning control according to the frequencies set by the health authorities.

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION OF THE EQUIPMENT AND GEAR

All the necessary equipment for the development of the activities (wetsuits, helmets ...) are cleaned and disinfected under a rigorous protocol with certified virucidal products. These products are biodegradable, in order to reduce the impact on the environment and nature.

DIGITAL PROCESSES

With the aim of promoting physical distance, we have adapted our methodology so that you have all the necessary information, contracts and instructions for the digital reservation process. In this way we will avoid, as far as possible, meetings in our office.

SMALL GROUPS

To guarantee the safety and the necessary physical distance, the activities are carried out in small groups following the rules of active tourism.

OUR TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS

All our workers (both guides and public service workers) have been trained to carry out the COVID-19 protocol, and during the development of the activities, they will be equipped with the necessary sanitary protections.

RECEPTION AND MEETING WITH CUSTOMERS

We have adapted our facilities to facilitate distancing and we have a specific protocol to control the capacity in our activity center. The meeting point for the activities will be in a large outdoor space.

HYGIENIC-SANITARY EQUIPMENT AT YOUR DISPOSAL

During the activity in case you need it, the guide will be equipped with hygienic-sanitary equipment.

PROTOCOL FOR ACTION IN THE EVENT OF A SUSPICIOUS CASE

We have a specific plan for a suspected case of contagion from our workers and users.

CONTROL OF PERSONNEL AND WORKERS

All our staff undergo a daily evaluation to detect any suspicious symptoms that may be at risk.
